If you have been waiting to see whether Oppo's next flagship stays a China-only affair, that part is settled. Oppo has announced that the Find X10 Pro Max will be among the first smartphones to carry MediaTek's flagship Dimensity 9600 Pro, and that it will launch in international markets.

The standard Find X10 is the one with the fullest spec picture so far. It uses a 6.59-inch AMOLED panel at 1272x2768, running 144Hz in some games and 120Hz system-wide, with 288Hz touch sampling and a 2,000-nit peak brightness.

Battery is where it gets interesting. The Find X10 packs 8,000 mAh with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging, the same arrangement as the Find X10 Pro Max, and it still comes in at 8.35mm thick and around 215 grams, which is a weight you can hold for a long session without thinking about it.

Below that sits the Find X10 E, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s. That is a lower-tier 3nm chip than the Dimensity 9600M used in the Find X10, so the E is the volume model rather than a second flagship.

Oppo is also pushing on camera throughput rather than megapixel counts. The company says its new Tide Engine scheduling cuts the gap between 200MP photo captures to 0.7 seconds, ten times faster than before, which matters more than it sounds: high-resolution modes on phones have historically punished you with a pause after every frame, and a shooting rhythm that fast turns a 200MP sensor from a special-occasion setting into something you can actually use on a moving subject. That is the pitch, anyway.

Chinese pricing for the Find X10 is reported inconsistently. One account puts the entry configuration at CNY 5,499 (about $821) for 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, another gives an expected starting price of 5,449 yuan.
